A leading childcare provider, MP Training and Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team in Tingley, WF3 1TW. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education to children.

Salary
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, successful candidates will also receive benefits such as discounted childcare, holiday pay, and access to employee wellness programs.

Job Description
This role involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to children. Key responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing the learning environment, planning and delivering rich learning opportunities, and promoting child welfare and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working within an Early Years setting, and a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Strong communication skills, ability to build trust with colleagues and parents, and effective communication techniques with children and adults are essential.
