Early Years Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Early Years Team Lead to join our team at Pyramid8. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality EYFS curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
Key responsibilities include:
- To lead the planning of activities in your designated area and ensure they align with the nursery's ethos and EYFS curriculum.
- To work closely with parents to provide support for their child's individual needs and build strong relationships.
- To deploy staff effectively to maintain optimal staff ratios and provide excellent childcare services.
- To liaise with parents and other family members to ensure effective communication and build trust.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a nursery management or team lead role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and best practices
