Job Title: HR Admin

Immunocore is seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team. As an HR Admin, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee recognition programs.
  • Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
