Job Title: HR Admin

Immunocore is seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team. As an HR Admin, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR-related projects, events, and activities.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related queries and issues.
  • Provide administrative support for training initiatives, including preparing materials and managing training databases.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
  • Accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Teamwork - Working cooperatively as part of a team.
