Attendance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's dynamic team as an Attendance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the School Attendance Officer in maintaining accurate attendance records
- Liaise with parents and teachers to resolve attendance-related issues
- Update attendance registers and perform general administrative tasks
- Occasionally assist with break and late duties
- Respond to emails and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an education environment
- Valid current DBS or registration on the Update service
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in the use of databases and Microsoft Office suite
About the Role:
