Finance Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Swansea. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage supplier invoices, payments, and client accounts with precision and accuracy.
  • Payroll Management: Handle payroll for approximately 180 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Expense Management: Process employee expenses and reimbursements with attention to detail.
  • General Finance Support: Assist with month-end processes, financial reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • A proactive and organized individual with a passion for finance.
