About the Role:

  • Manage a complex portfolio of purchase ledger transactions, with over 1000 invoices processed each month.
  • Supervise and coordinate the sales ledger function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
  • Liaise with colleagues to achieve monthly targets and drive business growth.
  • Spearhead the Purchase & Sales Ledger team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced accounts environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with Sage 200.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Able to build relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £32,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
