About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand & Communications Coordinator to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with our content team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and drive growth across our social media channels.
- Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of the curve and inform our social media strategy.
- Lead and mentor our social media team to ensure they are working to the best of their abilities.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of graphic design and editing software, with the ability to create high-quality visual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
