About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Wordnerds, an AI SaaS company, as we transition from startup to scale-up. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience of Customer Experience & Insight Professionals.

We have achieved product market fit with a tight ICP and target audience, and we need someone to work in tandem with our sector specialists, Product Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to develop a content calendar that builds brand equity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Own the content strategy, creation, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute content effectively
  • Measure the impact of content and continuously improve the content creation process
  • Create high-quality content assets that showcase our expertise in chosen topics and sectors
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience creating content across various platforms and mediums
  • Desirable: software or SaaS experience
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £35k-40k, depending on experience
  • Flexible working hours, 37.5 hours per week, with core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days/week from our office in Proto, Gateshead
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days rewarded for long service
  • Work from anywhere for up to one month per year
