About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Administrator to provide exceptional support to our online sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and order processing.

  1. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all online customer inquiries, promptly resolving queries and complaints to maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
  2. Process orders efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle the demands of this dynamic role.
