Job Title: Business Support Administrator

Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our online sales team at Wise Employment. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in sales administration and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer online enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Handling queries, complaints and returns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Processing orders in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Providing administrative support using our CRM system to streamline customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • An eye for detail and high level of accuracy to ensure data quality.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Intermediate-level IT skills with Microsoft Office to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
