Administrative Support Specialist

Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our online sales team at Wise Employment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full support to our customers and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer online enquiries and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Handling complaints and returns to resolve any issues promptly.
- Processing orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Providing administrative support using our CRM system to improve customer interactions.
You will have:
- An engaging personality with excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Intermediate-level IT skills with Microsoft Office to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
