We are Supporting Education Group, a leading provider of education staffing solutions. Our mission is to equip educators with the skills, support, and opportunities they need to teach effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Review CVs and actively seek out new educators through headhunting, database searches, networking, advertising, and job boards.
  • Proactively identify educator shortages and implement effective recruitment and marketing plans to increase coverage of assigned clients.
  • Screen and assess educators to match them to suitable roles.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of educator interactions and job descriptions.
  • Ensure that our educator journey is as efficient as possible through interactions and the vendor management system.
  • Collaborate with the account team to understand client needs and organizational culture.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills mixed with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Drive and the ability to be self-motivated.
  • To be conscientious and willing to persevere with resilience.
  • To have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs and the hunger to develop and secure growth.
  • A curious nature with an impulse to seek new information, explore new experiences, and discover novel possibilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
