We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our leisure centres.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assist leisure centre customers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation, storage, and movement of equipment as required.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
