As a Recreation Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting our leisure centre customers using our facilities. You will be a proactive member of our team, delivering excellent customer service at all times. You'll be responsible for regular cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate. You will be hard working and have a conscientious attitude. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as you'll often be the first point of contact for customers.

Requirements
- To supervise and assist the leisure centre customers
- To be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
- To assist with the preparation, storage, resources, and movement of equipment as required.
