We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centres.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assist leisure centre customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and activities
- Assist with the preparation, storage, and movement of equipment as required
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of leisure centre facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers
