Technical System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure System Administrator to join our RLAM Technology team in London on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide technical administration support for all Hardware and Software across the group.
The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, good understanding of VMware, and experience in delivering 2nd Line Wintel project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical administration 1st & 2nd Line support for all Hardware and Software.
- Ensure systems are managed to the satisfaction of the business, managing incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Support VC equipment and ensure hardware and software is kept within supported levels.
- Document recovery procedures, build procedures, and fix knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Good understanding of VMware.
- Experience in delivering 2nd Line Wintel project work.
- Microsoft accreditations highly beneficial.
- Office 365 experience would be highly advantageous.
