Technical Administrator

Carmichael is seeking a Technical Administrator to support the team in Milton Keynes.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and governing the central database, engaging with colleagues to ensure plans and evidence are up to date, and implementing early engagement with owners to ensure commitments can be met and complied with funding requirements.
The successful candidate will work alongside Work Package Managers to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works and support performance monitoring to ensure it aligns with the company's strategic plan.
Additional responsibilities include supporting non-compliance investigations, updating relevant systems, and assisting with toolbox talks and lessons learnt.
Administrative tasks will involve managing the Sharepoint site and BIMXtra.
