Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your primary focus will be on proactively sourcing both active and passive candidates, taking personal responsibility for the identification and sourcing of experienced level recruitment professionals. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, working with them to achieve their hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Proactively source and identify high-calibre recruitment sales professionals from trainee to director level
\u2022 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university partners and recruitment agencies
\u2022 Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess suitability for roles
\u2022 Effective onboarding of new employees
\u2022 Promote the internal referrals policy to gain referrals from the business
\u2022 Build excellent relationships with stakeholders, working with them to achieve their hiring goals
\u2022 Talent pool candidates for future hiring
\u2022 Analysis and reporting
Requirements:
\u2022 Proven experience of hiring high-calibre recruitment sales professionals from trainee to director level within a recruitment business
\u2022 Demonstrable leadership experience within a recruitment business environment, highly advantageous but not essential
