HR and Talent Development Specialist

Are you a seasoned Learning and Talent expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for shaping and evolving a contemporary Learning and Talent development strategy? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR and Talent Partner.
About the RoleAs an HR and Talent Partner, you will be responsible for delivering strategic learning, development, and talent solutions that meet the technical and legislative needs of our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement learning programs that support career pathways and revolutionize how we develop our colleagues' talent.
You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders effectively, utilizing data to oversee training needs analysis, and providing valuable consultancy to build our company's capability. Additionally, you will take the lead in identifying a future-proof learning platform, enhance our apprenticeship offering, and implement a graduate development program.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement learning programs that support career pathways and develop our colleagues' talent.
- Manage stakeholders effectively to deliver strategic learning, development, and talent solutions.
- Utilize data to oversee training needs analysis and provide valuable consultancy to build our company's capability.
- Identify a future-proof learning platform and enhance our apprenticeship offering.
- Implement a graduate development program and keep your knowledge and expertise current.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience of working in a HR/People function with Learning and Talent experience.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 is ideal.
