Autism Support Assistant - Immediate Start Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Support Assistant in Southwark.

This role offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while gaining valuable experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with ASD, helping them achieve academic and personal success.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children with ASD.

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
