About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Leadership Development Professional to join our Learning and Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of leaders and managers across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver innovative learning interventions that support leadership and management development.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts and senior staff to understand learning needs and develop the right interventions.
  • Create evaluation methods to measure changes in behaviour and performance across leaders and managers.
  • Act as a valued advisor for leaders and managers, supporting their development and growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of delivering successful leadership and management development programmes using innovative approaches.
  • Excellent planning and evaluation skills, with the ability to create effective learning interventions.
  • A good understanding of leadership and management development principles, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.

Salary and Location

The salary for this role is £26,490.14 per annum, based on a full-time contract. The role is home-based, offering flexible working options and the opportunity to work remotely.
