The Director of User Experience will be responsible for leading on user testing and ensuring UX design is as optimal as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to help the charity make strides in their research while developing your skills along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on user-centred research to create exceptional experiences for supporters and service users
  • Lead on user testing and ensure UX design is optimal
  • Develop and implement user experience strategies to improve supporter and service user engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience is integrated into all aspects of the organisation

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of User Experience and User Research
  • Strong knowledge of User Testing and UX design
