Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Blyth's Meadow Surgery, Braintree. The successful individual will deliver high-quality care to our patient population, focusing on long-term condition management, vaccinations, and wound care.

**About Us:**

Blyth's Meadow Surgery serves approximately 10,000 patients, offering a supportive environment for nurses to grow and develop their skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement processes for managing patients with long-term conditions, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Deliver expert vaccination services, following NHS guidelines and protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive wound care services, addressing complex cases and promoting patient recovery.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working within a primary care environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Familiarity with SystmOne is desirable; however, full training will be provided.

**Qualifications and Certification:**

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification, essential for this position.

**Security Clearance:**

This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, providing a competitive salary for the right candidate.
