We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Services Leadership Role at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 to £53,000 per annum.

About the Job

  • Work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication among teams.
  • Lead and motivate nursing and care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement care plans that prioritize resident-centered care and meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, improving resident satisfaction and care quality.

About the Successful Candidate

  • Registered General Nurse with a current and valid NMC pin number.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a care home setting, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse populations and age groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Motivated to make a positive impact on the lives of others, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and services.
