Job Description

As a Development Manager at Vistry Group, you will play a key role in driving the success of our development projects. You will be responsible for coordinating the skills and resources of each function within the organisation together with appointing and managing external consultants to ensure that each development is optimized through efficient management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the skills and resources of each function within the organisation;
  • Appoint and manage external consultants as required;
  • Maintain accurate records of all developments and projects;
  • Liaise with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery;

Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction management or architecture;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
