We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Domestic Services to join our team at RCH Care Homes. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping and hostess teams, ensuring that all areas of the home are maintained to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing cleaning schedules. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain a high standard of hygiene within the home. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a welcome bonus of £1,000 and ongoing training opportunities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve domestic services
  • Leading and managing the housekeeping and hostess teams
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Managing staff performance and conducting regular appraisals
