Housekeeping Director

Brentwood Care Centre, a welcoming and purpose-built care home, specialises in Nursing, Residential and Dementia care for older people. We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join our friendly team as a key member.

The successful candidate will support individuals to live a dignified and fulfilling life while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home. As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Instructing and supervising the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Consulting with residents regularly to understand their needs and preferences regarding cleaning and laundry services.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and consumables to optimise resource allocation.
• Collaborating with colleagues to address any issues or concerns related to health, safety, and infection control.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus of £1,000. Additional benefits include:
