**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students in educational settings. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to plan and deliver lessons, as well as provide additional support to students during breaks and after school. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
  • Monitor and record student progress

**Requirements:**

  • Level 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational establishment
  • A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits:**
