Austin Fraser is currently recruiting talented Support Workers to work in Special Educational Needs schools across Wolverhampton and Walsall. These exceptional individuals will support Teachers and students to a high quality, contributing to the best possible results for both the school and the students.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant in SEN settings, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the students they work with. They will bring a range of qualifications, experience, and motivation to help each child, teacher, and school reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform the full duties of a Teaching Assistant
  2. Follow the ethos and rules of each school you work within
  3. Adapt to your surroundings
  4. Positively integrate yourself in each new environment

Requirements:

  1. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  2. Experience working with SEND Children or Adults
  3. References to cover the last two years
  4. Driving license and vehicle is preferable but not mandatory
  5. Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
