Job Title: Strategic QS Leadership Role for UK Projects

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quantity Surveying to lead our UK projects, focusing on business development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake pre and post-contract duties, ensuring best practice in cost planning, estimation, and contract administration.
  • Administer contracts, oversee project work, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Lead teams providing QS services, ensuring efficient implementation of tasks and project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hold a RICS-accredited quantity surveying degree and be MRICS or FRICS accredited.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in a similar position, effective communication skills, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Showcase adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work alongside colleagues to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with current forms of contract, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in contract interpretation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, along with a valid driving license.
Location:

London, United Kingdom

Salary Range:

£80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
