About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Forge Care. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential care and support.
