iCare24 Group is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Specialist Lead to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SLT to lead and develop our clinical communication services in adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and developing our clinical communication services in adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Providing expert advice and support to healthcare professionals, families, and individuals affected by communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals and carers.

Requirements:

  • MHCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or related field.
  • Extensive experience working in clinical settings with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Experience in dysphagia and communication support.
