About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary team, providing specialist care to patients with complex neurological conditions. As a Speech and Language Therapy Specialist, you will provide patient care, conduct clinical audits, and contribute to research initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing senior-level teams, conducting assessments, and developing clinical protocols. A degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care, including assessment and treatment of complex cases
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including clinical audit and research
  • Manage senior-level teams and develop clinical protocols
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC registration, and intermediate dysphagia training
  • Senior-level experience in acquired brain injury and related swallowing/communication issues, community rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Advanced assessment and treatment skills, clinical reasoning, communication, and IT proficiency
