The RIBBONS AND REEVES graduate role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a First-Class Degree from a Russell Group University to gain experience in working with children with moderate to severe Speech and Language Needs.

About the Job:
  • Estimated salary: £540 per week (inclusive of holidays) via PAYE.
  • This is a term time only position, ideal for those seeking a career in Speech and Language Therapy.
Responsibilities:

As a graduate support assistant, you will be working alongside exceptional Leadership Teams and SENDCo to help learners reach their academic potential and develop their Speech and Language skills.

You will utilise your expertise in your specialist subject area to provide targeted support to children with moderate to severe Speech and Language difficulties.

  • Work alongside small groups and 1:1 to support children's communication skills.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance students' speech and language development.
Requirements:
  • A First-Class Degree from a Russell Group University in Psychology, Speech and Language, or other relevant areas.
  • Experience of working with children with moderate to severe Speech and Language Needs.
  • Strong aspirations to become a fully qualified Speech and Language Therapist.

Gaining experience in this field is essential to be successful in applications to an MSc in Speech and Language and/or further professional qualifications.
