This is a unique opportunity to work as a Residential Lodge Manager at Churchill Estates Management Ltd, a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their comfort and well-being in our retirement developments.
You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to manage the maintenance of the property and provide exceptional customer service.
This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a love of people, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is able to live on-site in the apartment provided, rent-free, and has a strong background in administration and customer service.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of customers, contractors, and internal colleagues.
Previous experience in similar roles, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors, would be an advantage.
What We Offer- Remuneration includes a rent-free, 2-bedded apartment, plus £20,500 per annum
