About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Case Manager to join our team in delivering intensive therapeutic care to young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of young people in therapeutic care.
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to support positive outcomes.

Salary: Approximately $90,000 per year based on location and experience.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. A recognised qualification in Community Services or a related field.
