About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant to Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the efficient management of all operational aspects of the store on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction.
- Ensure that team members are providing high-quality customer service and train, mentor, and coach team members to promote skill development and provide opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and review store performance and provide routine reports to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Report directly to the Store Manager.
Requirements:
- Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
- Has a track record of driving sales and performance.
- Business orientated, with a focus on helping to move a retail store forward.
