Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Footasylum. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day activities of sales assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
- Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
