We're on the hunt for a talented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in Middlesbrough

About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your expertise in staffing, training, and scheduling will help build and retain a 5-star team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop talent within the team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective staffing and scheduling strategies to meet business needs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements
