Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the offloading and checking of all inbound goods for quality and damages
  • Ensure all goods are checked against the correct dispatch documentation
  • Manage the marshalling or loading of goods in the correct order
  • Secure stock to reduce the risk of damage in transit
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
