Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Assembly Specialist to join our team at Wrightbus. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly and manufacture of complex parts for our production assembly line.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to interpret complex engineering drawings. You will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, maintaining high quality workmanship and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate complex assemblies, sub-assemblies, and Safety Critical parts on a driveline chassis.
  • Interpret complex parts and assembly drawings.
  • Follow verbal instructions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work area and adhere to health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
