Manufacturing Operations Specialist

EES Solutions is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes in an engineering environment. Located in Bicester, this role will play a key part in ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while adhering to safety and engineering standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and analyze engineering designs and drawings to develop efficient manufacturing methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve production challenges.
- Support tooling, jigging, and assembly line setup to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an engineering environment, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and experienced in using AutoCAD or Pro E design software, they will also be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
