About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Project Worker to join our team at Cressex Road, High Wycombe. As a Night Project Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, responding to their needs and providing support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
  • Provide personal care and support as needed
  • Carry out domestic chores such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service

Requirements:

  • Ability to work shifts as part of a rota system
  • Flexibility and willingness to work with vulnerable adults
