About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Merchandiser to join our Field Sales team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in merchandising and sales, working with a leading global brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise our product range within Grocery supermarkets, ensuring stock is on sale on the shop floor and displayed as agreed.
  • Work closely with store staff to maintain high standards of product display and availability.
  • Use an iPhone and iPad to confirm reports and access CCEP networks and apps.
  • Travel between allocated stores locally, holding a full driving license, business insurance, and access to your own vehicle.
What We Offer
  • A base salary of £24,830 plus a SIP bonus of up to £1500 per year (OTE).
  • A fuel card and the ability to claim back 45 pence per business mile for the first 10,000 miles and then 25p per mile after that.
