Residential Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to CareTech Group's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in a similar setting, with a minimum of 3 months preferred.
  • QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Energetic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm including sleep nights).
