Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to CareTech Group's policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Able to work a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm including sleep nights).
- Experience in a similar setting (min 3 months preferred).
- QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred).
