About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing companionship, support, and care in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Preparing and serving meals
- Accompanying clients on outings and social visits
- Providing general household support and maintenance
What We Offer
- Competitive rates of pay, including £12.50 per hour Monday to Friday and £13.00 per hour at weekends
- Part-time hours available
- Minimum 1-hour visits
- Paid mileage and expenses
- Ongoing training and support
Requirements
- UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
