About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
