Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring efficient stock management, and implementing TPS warehouse processes to maintain the highest levels of stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock management and accurate inventory control.
- Implement TPS warehouse processes to maintain stock integrity and ensure full audit traceability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to monitor individual KPIs and provide developmental or corrective support.
- Work with the Centre Manager to ensure the team is motivated and recognized through rewards and bonuses.
- Provide a high level of service to customers by ensuring the warehouse team follows correct processes and procedures.
- Monitor delivery schedules to maintain and improve service levels.
- Ensure all inbound stock is checked, allocated, and any anomalies or damages are reported immediately.
- Maintain a stock inventory to ensure shelf-to-system accuracy.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and promptly ready for dispatch to customers.
- Report any delivery anomalies to the Sales Team.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient environment.
- Comply with established business processes and guidelines.
